Wildkraft Apothecary's Wild Yam Cream contains both Wild Yam and Chaste Tree, which have been used for centuries to balance hromones. They can be used in herbal medicine as an alternative to HRT (hormone replacement therapy) to relieve symptoms of menopause, as well as period pain and hormone imbalance.

Wild Yam, Chase Tree, Essential oils of Clary Sage and Geranium, Cream base (Water, Glycerine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Coconut oil, Ceteth-20, Phenoxyethanol, Nipastat)
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Massage a small amount into one of: chest, breast, abdomen, inner thighs or arms once per day.
Cycle the areas on each application.
For menstrual pain and imbalance - use in the second half of the cycle from days 12-28.
For menopausal symptoms - when periods are absent, use for 21 days, stop for 7 days, then start again.
