THE ESSENTIAL OILS: Clove, Myrrh, Cinnamon, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Sweet Orange, Nutmeg, Frankincence, Maritime Pine & Balsam of Peru. Non-GMO lecithin and natural cane spirits as emulsifier.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For magnesium deficiency and to aid sleep, cover arms, legs, and any area needing attention.
For muscle soreness, apply to the affected areas of the body.
For restless legs, apply to directly to the legs before going to bed. Slight tingling and stinging is normal - if uncomfortable, it can be washed off after 30 minutes. Apply up to 3 times per day.
